CWA Legacy T Members Reach Early Tentative Agreement With AT&T

Last week, the CWA Legacy T bargaining committee sent notification to affected members that a tentative agreement (TA) had been reached with AT&T. Due to an abbreviated bargaining window, bargaining committee members met with company representatives early to create a framework for the limited negotiations. The team used extensive input from members and local officers to craft 39 union proposals to improve members’ working conditions, compensation, and benefits.
If ratified, the resulting 4-year contract will include pay increases compounding over the life of the contract, improved healthcare options, bereavement leave to include distant relatives and close friends, and a $1,000 ratification bonus. Click here to read more details of the tentative agreement.
An agreement explainer meeting will be held on Friday, February 6, and finalization of a ratification vote is set for March 12.
